I get this funny feeling that time has passed me by

I got to wonder how long it will be till I can’t see the sky

Now we go to funerals like we went to weddings then.

I don’t know that there’s a person alive that wouldn’t want to go and do it again

Once I had a future of dreams long, long time ago.

Here I am the future is now and a damn thing I got to show

I know for sure that I’m past half way and moving toward the end

My time as a young man has come and gone my age I can’t, transcend

It was all those years, and way too many beers along the way.
